Support Group Guest Speaker Terri Farmer

At our May 7th support group,  Terri J. Farmer, PhD, PMHNP will be our guest speaker. She is a psychiatric nurse practitioner who specializes in Bariatric patient care and she  will be discussing psychological follow-up.  Terri is a member of the ASMBS and she provides individual and group therapy sessions both pre-operatively and post-operatively.  Her office is located at 12450 N.
