Spaghetti-less Spaghetti
Ingredients
- ½ cup frozen, chopped spinach, thawed
- ½ cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
- 2 Tbsp grated, Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Microwave until melted, about 2 minutes.
Serving size = ¼ cup
Per serving: 70 calories, 5 g protein, 4 g carbohydrate, 4 g total fat.
