High Protein Avocado Dip
Ingredients:
1/2 cup lowfat Cottage Cheese
1/4 cup lowfat plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 Avocado
a few twists of Black Pepper
Kosher Salt to taste
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Serve with cucumber “chips” (just some slices of English (Hothouse) Cucumbers).
This dip is soooo good! You would never know there is cottage cheese in it.
Whole recipe has approximately 20g protein
