Veggie Spiralizers

Spiralized zucchini, carrots, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, and beets are all the rage.
Spiralize these veggies and use them in place of pasta for a lower calorie, lower carbohydrate, higher fiber alternative. Top with marinara sauce and meatballs or ground meat ( lean ground beef (90’s% fat free) or ground turkey breast) and you have the perfect combination of protein and produce.
