Ingredients:
1lb ground turkey
1 medium onion, diced
½ cup uncooked oats (or breadcrumbs)
¼ cup egg substitute
1 cup 2% sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
½ cup ketchup
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Black pepper to taste
Lawry Season Salt to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Place all ingredients in large bowl, mix well with hands. Place mixture into loaf pan. Top with additional ketchup if you prefer.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour, making sure center temperature is 165 degrees.
Makes 10 slices (Or bake in mini muffin tin so you have individual “muffin” meatloaf portions).
