Soy Protein: An Alternative to Whey Protein

If you’re tired of using whey protein shakes (milk protein) or have developed an intolerance to them, soy protein is an alternative.

(In comparison to the whey protein however, notice you get a little less protein for the calories.)

Use a ready to drink soy protein shake or mix up your own.

Basic soy protein shake recipe:

  • 1 cup unsweetened soymilk or unsweetened almond milk or water
  • 1 scoop soy protein powder.
  • Stir, shake or blend.
