Egg Protein: An Alternative to Whey Protein and Soy Protein

If you’re tired of using (or intolerant to) Whey Protein or Soy Protein, Egg Protein is a good option.

You can usually find tubs of egg protein powder at GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, Vitamin Warehouse, Fresh Vitamins, etc., and of course online.

Egg protein is less likely to be found at grocery stores, drug stores, Costco, Sam’s, etc.

Here are some popular brands to look for:

Optimum Nutrition Egg Protein: 1 scoop= 24 g protein, 130 calories

NOW Egg White Protein: 1/4 cup = 16 g protein, 75 calories

Jay Robb Egg White Protein: 1 scoop = 25 g protein, 100 calories

(Sprouts and/or Whole Foods usually have this one)
