Spaghetti-less Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • ½ cup frozen, chopped spinach, thawed
  • ½ cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
  • 2 Tbsp grated, parmesan cheese

Directions:

Mix first 3 ingredients. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Microwave until melted, about 2 minutes.

Serving size = ¼ cup

Per serving: 70 calories, 5 g protein, 4 g carbohydrate, 4 g total fat.
