High Protein Avocado Dip
1/2 cup lowfat Cottage Cheese
1/4 cup lowfat plain Greek Yogurt
a few twists of Black Pepper
Kosher Salt to taste
Whiz all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Serve with cucumber “chips” (just some slices of English (Hothouse) Cucumbers).
This dip is soooo good! You would never know there is cottage cheese in it.
